在上面的报道中，job reshuffle就是“换岗”的意思。Reshuffle在这里的意思是“重新安排，改组”，例如：industry reshuffle（行业重组），reshuffle the cabinet（重组内阁）等。另外，reshuffle在生活中也常用来表示“重新洗（牌）”，例如：reshuffle a pack of cards（重洗一副牌）。
