    其他的基数词以下列方式构成：
    1. 21～99：先说“几十”，再说“几”，中间加连字符号。如： 35 thirty-five
    2. 101～999：先说“几百”，再加and，再加末两位数（或末位数）。如：786 seven hundred and eighty-six
    3. 1,000以上的数，先从后往前数，每三位加一个“，”，第一个“，”前为thousand，第二个“，”前为million，第三个“，”前为billion，然后再一节一节表示。如：208, 068,009,786 two hundred and eight billion, sixty-eight million, nine thousand, seven hundred and eighty-six
