　　1. 常见的并列连词。
　　这些连词有：and, but, or, nor, so, for, both…and…， not only…but also…， either…or…， neither…nor…等，这些并列连词是用来连接平行的词、词组或分句。例如：
　　Use your head, and you'll find the way.（表示承接意义）
　　Mother is waiting for me so I must go home now.（因果意义）
　　2. 常考的并列连词。
　　（1）or表示“否则”的时候，往往可以和if引导的条件状语从句进行转换。例如：
　　Hurry up, or you'll be late for school.
　　→If you don't hurry up, you'll be late for school.
　　（2）either…or…或者……或者……
　　当either…or…连接两个主语时其谓语动词形式应与or所接主语形式一样。（就近原则）
　　Either you or I am right.
　　（3）neither…nor…既不……也不……
　　当neither…nor…连接两个主语时，其谓语动词的单复数形式应与nor所接主语形式一致。neither…nor…本身表示否定，谓语动词用肯定形式。例如：
　　Neither he nor I have been to Canada.
　　（4）not only…but also…，不仅……而且……
　　当not only…but also…连接两个主语时，其谓语动词形式以but also所接主语为准。例如：
　　Not only Jim but also John reads English loudly in the morning.
　　它通常可与both…and…进行转换。例如上面例句就可以转换为：
　　Both Jim and John read English loudly in the morning.
