　　从属连词多数用来引导时间状语从句，也有引导主语从句和表语从句的。
　　常见的从属连词有：that, when, since, as soon as, until, because, while, so that, although, so…that, after, before等。
　　1. when, since, as soon as, as, until, while, after, before用来引导时间状语从句。例如：
　　I'll tell him about it as soon as I meet him.
　　He can understand me after he leaves school.
　　2. so…that…“如此……以致……”，其肯定形式通常用enough to改写，其否定形式用too…to…改写。例如：
　　The bus is big enough to hold 100 people.
　　→The bus is so big that it can hold 100 people.
　　so that引导目的状语。例如：
　　I get up early so that I can catch the first bus.
　　［考向分析］
　　1. if引导条件状语从句，它还可以用来引导一般疑问句的宾语从句。在主从复合句中，如果主句是一般将来时，从句是表示时间状语从句或条件状语从句时，则用一般现在时代替一般将来时。
　　2. 并列连词在中考题中出现较多的是 either…or， neither…nor，both…and…考查方式多数是句型转换或者听力测试中的同义句理解。
　　3. 从属连词when, after, before, as soon as, if侧重于考查从句的时态。so…that，not…until侧重于以句型转换和听力测试的形式考查。
