    (1) whoever, whomever, whichever, whatever既可以引导名词性从句（主语从句、宾语从句、表语从句和同位语从句），也可以引导让步状语从句；而no mater who, no matter whom, no matter which, no matter what只能引导让步状语从句。
    (2)当whoever, whomever, whichever, whatever引导名词性从句时，不能用no mater who, no matter whom, no matter which, no matter what替换。
    (3)当whoever, whomever, whichever, whatever引导让步状语从句时，可与no mater who, no matter whom, no matter which, no matter what互换。
    例如：
    Whoever breaks the law should be punished. (whoever引导主语从句，不能用no matter who替换)
    No matter who (=Whoever) will do the work, he or she should do it well. (让步状语从句)
    Today you may do whatever you like. (whatever引导宾语从句，不能用no matter what替换)
