    (1) must可以用来表示：
    1) 必须要做的事，强调主观的义务或必要，否定形式通常用needn't或don't have to，而不用mustn't。mustn't表示“禁止，不允许，不可以”。例如：
    We must work hard. 我们必须努力工作。
    —Must I clean the classroom now? 我必须马上打扫教室吗？
    —Yes, you must. 是，必须马上打扫。
    —No, you needn't (you don't have to). 不，不必马上打扫。
    You mustn't play football in the streets. 你们不可以在街上踢足球。
    2）表示肯定的推测，意思是“肯定，一定”，在肯定句和否定句中通常用can't或couldn't，意思是“不可能”。例如：
    Our teacher must be angry. 我们的老师一定是生气了。
    Tom must be watching TV upstairs. 汤姆一定正在楼上看电视。
    No one was in the classroom. They must have gone to the library. 教室里一个人也没有。他们一定是去了图书馆。
    He can't be a doctor. 他不可能是个医生。
    The naughty boy can't be doing his homework. 那淘气的孩子不可能在做作业。
    Peter can't have finished his homework in such a short time. 彼得不可能在这么短的时间内完成作业。
    Can it be our maths teacher? 那有可能是我们的数学老师吗？
    Can John have been to Beijing? 约翰可能去过北京了吗？
    3）表示“偏偏”的意思。例如：
    Why must I finish the work as soon as possible? 为什么偏偏要我尽快完成这项工作呢？
    (2) have to，have got to
    have to不得不，必须。表示“因外在原因而不得不做”，正式的用语，在口语或非正式用语中，常被have got to代替。它们的形式比较灵活，可用于各种时态，借助于助动词do完成各种句式的变化。例如：
    Do you have to leave now? 你现在就离开吗？
    I had to walk home because there was no bus then. 因为没有公共汽车，我不得不步行回家。
    I'm afraid I have got to go to work now. 恐怕我得去上班了。
    We'll have to think about the plan again. 我们将不得不再一次考虑一下我们的计划。
