今天，中国青海玉树地震的“头七”之日，中国政府为遇难者举行全国性哀悼活动，这是新中国成立以来第二个“平民悼念日”。国家公悼是对逝者的最高礼仪，不仅告慰逝者，亦抚慰生者。
