“你在XX网开微博了吗？”最近老听到有人问这样的问题。似乎在一夜之间，微博（俗称“围脖”）已经走遍大街小巷，成了一个检验你是否够“潮”的标准。与此同时，英语里还衍生出了不少与微博相关的词语，比如今天要说的这个microvisit。

Microvisit is the real-world equivalent of microblogging, which means you stop by to talk to someone for 140 seconds or less. That is quite similar to what you do with microblogs—you write 140 words or less for one microblog.

微访（microvisit）就是现实版本的微博，指路过时停下来跟某人闲聊时间不超过140秒的情况。这个情况跟写微博其实很相似，写微博的时候字数都是不能超过140个字的。
