上海世博会荷兰馆上周正式宣布加入世博绿色出行行动，成为首个向持有低碳交通卡出行的参观者开放绿色通道的国家馆。荷兰馆决定从8月22日起至8月28日为本月的绿色通道开放时段，届时凡持有世博绿色出行低碳交通卡的参观者均可在这段时间内直接通过绿色通道进入荷兰馆参观。

The Netherlands Pavilion began inviting people with the Shanghai  low carbon transport cards  to enter the pavilion by a green channel between August 22 and 28 in a bid to support greener travel.

为了支持绿色出行行动，荷兰馆宣布持有上海低碳交通卡的游客可以在8月22日至28日期间通过绿色通道进入展馆。

上文中的low carbon transport cards就是“低碳交通卡”，是本届上海世博会绿色出行行动的举措之一。低碳交通卡成本40元，其中20元是购买了一吨经过认证的碳指标，除具备普通交通卡的所有功能之外，持卡人将通过“绿色出行”基金为低碳世博贡献一吨碳指标，中和自己出行造成的碳排放，同时抵消世博会的交通碳排放，为绿色世博做出自己的贡献。

我们现在使用的交通卡都是prepaid transport card（预付费交通卡），随着刷卡网络的更新和升级，我们还可以通过uni-card system（一卡通系统）用交通卡在超市或书店结帐。就像我们在公司出入的access card（门禁卡）也可以在食堂当作dining card（饭卡）来用一个道理。
