有关“延迟退休”的说法近日流传甚广，实行了几十年的退休年龄真的要改了吗？人力资源和社会保障部有关负责人9月15日表示，我国暂时不会调整退休年龄，有关部门目前只是在研究一些“延迟退休”的建议，并不代表现行退休年龄规定即将更改。

文中的delay retirement age就是“延迟退休”，也可以用retirement age rise或者raise/lift the retirement age来表达。反过来，要是“提前退休”，也就是平时说的“内退”，就可以说成是early retirement。
