The findings are released by the Portman Group, a campaigning body funded by the drinks industry. The "Anatomy of a big night out" survey reveals that 34% of young women have had unplanned or unprotected sex after drinking too much. Just 2% of men questioned said they had been sexually assaulted after drinking too much. The survey of 18 to 30-year-olds revealed that 34% of interviewees got drunk due to peer pressure.
