据新华社报道，“十二五”（2011-2015）计划期末，我国人口总量将达到13.9亿左右，城镇人口将首次超过农村人口。60岁及以上老年人口在“十二五”期间将年均净增800万，并在2015年突破2亿。上世纪80年代以后出生“80后”人口成为流动人口的主体。
